Badly Drawn Boy - Ordered these boots in the grey and they are gorgeous! The color is a deep charcoal rich textured suede with muted silver buckel detail. The shaft of the boot is extremely sexy and femine, without looking trashy. And since this boot is a wedge heel it tends to lean more on the comfortable side. Looks so good on I normally wear a size 7 to 7 1/2 boot and these seem true to size. They make your foot look very petitite A size 7 1/2 looks like it may be a size 6, but they do fit as a 7 1/2. Can't wait to wear these I have other Naughty Monkey suede boots that are very warm so these will probably follow suit. These boots would probably make any woman feel like she's the only woman in the room with the Midas touch and all eyes on her from the moment she enters to the mment she leaves, so if you're ready for that experience these are the one's to get! The price offered was unbelivable might order another color. Enjoy I know I will...
Beautiful shoe- I bought this shoe because it's gorgeous! HOwever, it ran small and because the sole and heel are solid wood-its not that comfortable. For the price, I wanted to love them. But I returned them.
Badly Drawn Boy - Saucony Women's I probably ordered them in the wrong size. I have wide feet and so got a wide width version and they were too wide. I thought I could manage them but the longer I've had them the wider they've gotten. Yes there was no break in time or anything and yes they're comfy, but I feel like I have to clench my toes to get some grip in them so that my feet aren't sliding around in them whilst I run on the treadmill. It's not the shoes fault, it's my fault. Also, I'm not sure of the stretchy fabric upper situation. My previous running shoes were Nike's which felt as though there was a lot more upper foot support in them. Again this might be a function of the width issues I have with these shoes. Another important note is that these shoes are quite heavy (especially coming from my previous Nike ones); you do get used to them but if you travel a bit and want to take them along for your workouts, they are not light in your luggage. I'm not sure when it's time to replace them (probably in the next couple of months when they'll be about a year old), I'd get the same pair. I would have loved to have tried them in a medium (B) width but I didn't enjoy them enough to risk going with the same shoe/brand again. Next time I might try out New Balance or Asics or Brooks. On the positive, I have really big feet and most sneakers look like boats on my feet. These on the other hand made my feet look small and dainty and I felt comfortable wearing them with shorter jogging bottoms as opposed to my usual shoe-skimming sweatpants.I'm giving these shoes 4 stars because there was no break in time, they never made my feet hurt and they were comfy and attractive for workout shoes. The loss in star is not because of the size issue (I take the blame for that even though I think these shoes may possibly run wide), its because I don't feel like even in a regular width, the stretchy fabric would offer much foot support compared to the weight of the sole. And yes, these are NOT light shoes.
